Highly targeted film for decision makers in sport. The film brought together a team of six diverse women to talk about their experience of empathy in sport and the impact of when it was lacking. The film is the first stage in a long term campaign process to embed empathy in decision making at the higher echelons of sport in the UK beyond. The film has been key in levering discussions with strategic partners that will help Asohka in their objectives (e.g. Sport London is now confirmed as one of these strategic partners)

It’s part of an ambitious programme spearheaded by Ashoka and involves the creation of a virtual, inclusive football club, Empathy FC. A club built not on transfers and tactics, but on something far more radical, the decision to truly see each other.

This campaign will be a rallying cry to everyone who loves the game: players, coaches, fans, decision-makers. Because football belongs to all of us but right now, it's leaving women and girls behind. Watch this space for news about Empathy FC! Watch this space!
