You work hard, you deserve better

We created a website and recruitment campaign to support the union in reaching their target audience; Thousands of Turkish and Kurdish workers across London show up every day in kitchens, corner shops, cafes, and supermarkets, keeping the city running. Too many are working full-time hours for part-time pay, missing out on leave and watching tips disappear into someone else's pocket.

This campaign reached out to those workers aiming to create a sense of community and shared interest.
