We collaborated with the internal communications team and executive on a campaign to increase visibility and engagement on social media beyond the core support, provide design, slogans and messaging and ultimately increase vote share in key seats (Cardiff)

Our team worked around the clock to provide communication strategy support, messaging, social media, design, graphics and video. In record breaking time, we produced their first ever Party Election Broadcast.

Our campaign strategy targeted a primary audience of disillusioned Labour voters under the banner, Time To Turn Green. Using traditional perceptions of red and green and the qualities associated with both to nudge voters in the direction of The Greens. Red, the colour of danger and warnings, green, the colour of growth and renewal. You can see some of our eye-catching visuals and messaging below.

“The  (Wales)Greens have quietly had a fantastic election. Though they won no seats, they secured 4.7% of the vote having only got 1% in 2019. While Welsh turnout fell 10%, the total people voting Green went from 16K to 62K.” Is how Western Mail journalist, Will Hayward, described the general election result and bak was happy to have supported the party through their most successful campaign ever with a second place candidate in Cardiff South and a massive spike in support in Cardiff East.

With the Greens securing their best ever general election result and winning in four seats nationally we’re looking forward to working with the party as we build up to the Senedd elections in 2026.
